What it is
StudyBot, by ReLearn, puts an AI teaching assistant in front of every teacher and student. Teachers ask for a slide deck, a worksheet, a quiz game or an interactive lesson site and get it in minutes; students practise with flashcards, drills, chatbots and step-by-step explainers.
What we built
We work in the StudyBot engineering team. Our areas:
- AI grading: students’ handwritten answers are read with OCR, graded question by question against the marking scheme, and returned to teachers to review and approve
- Past-paper digitization: scanned exam papers rebuilt as structured questions with sub-parts, figures, tables, marks and schemes, in English and Chinese
- Classrooms and teaching groups, and the question bank behind them
- Live class exercises, with a teacher screen, a live roster and a podium at the end
- Classroom Games, team quiz games on the classroom screen
- A digital pet that grows as students study
Result
Live in schools, with every screen in English and Traditional Chinese. The last two images are labelled illustrations of the grading and digitization flows, made with sample data so no student’s work is shown.
