The problem
Job boards are noisy, and checking five of them twice a day is a job in itself.
What we built
A small Python tool that runs on a schedule in GitHub Actions, so it costs nothing and your computer doesn’t need to be on.
- Collects postings from Remotive, RemoteOK, Arbeitnow and Jobicy, and Rozee.pk for roles in Pakistan
- Scores each job against weighted skills, with role, location, age and exclusion-keyword filters, all set in one config file
- Remembers what it already sent, so you never see the same job twice
- Emails a ranked digest of new matches, and publishes a searchable dashboard on GitHub Pages
Result
It has run more than 200 times since July without anyone touching it. The same pipeline now feeds our multi-agent business-development team, which drafts tailored proposals for a human to approve.
