The problem
AI coding agents are fast, but left alone they mark work as done that was never tested, and they drift from the plan.
What we built
A team lead agent plans the work and hands tasks to frontend, backend and QA agents through a shared task board. Python lifecycle hooks enforce the rules: every task needs a set format and a test command, and nothing can be marked done until that test has passed.
- Daily standups and retros written by the agents
- Every update and alert mirrored to a Slack channel, so a human can follow along
